About In-Stock Orders: All in-stock items are to be shipped out in batches, and may take from one week to one month. If you need your order expedited, please contact me to arrange.

About Doujinshi Pre-Orders: Books begin shipping in approximately 2 months after shop closing (December 8). They are to be shipped in batches, expected from January-February. Please read more information about pre-orders below.

About Pre-Orders: Pre-order items will vary in production time. Again, book pre-orders are expected to ship in approximately 2 months after my shop closes. However, please understand that this timeframe is also dependent on my manufacturers, and may differ per product. The holiday season will also affect shipping and manufacturing times. Thank you for your patience while I fulfill orders!

If your address or other information has changed or is expected to change within this period, please inform me ASAP.

If you'd like to request for express shipping, or for your package to be delivered within a certain date, please contact me and I will try my best to arrange it for you.

About Shipping: I am based in the U.S., and am not able to ship to select countries and locations. My main carriers are USPS and UPS. These are the regions that USPS may have restrictions shipping to. Please contact me if you have any concerns.

Most domestic packages will be delivered within 1 week after shipment. International packages may take 2-6+ weeks. Once I ship the package, it is out of my hands. However, I understand that mishaps can occur, and I will try my best to resolve it. Please contact me in the cases of lost packages. In the cases of damaged items, please provide me with photos and videos detailing the damage. The best way to contact me is via the contact form or email.

If you do not make an inquiry within 1 month after the package was successfully delivered to your address, I will assume there are no issues; past the 1 month timeframe, I do not hold responsibility for any claims.

About International Large Orders and Group Orders:
GOs are allowed. Shipping may be more expensive due to weight and product.

I am not responsible for the authenticity of any GOs. Please refer to your own discretion.

About Refunds/Returns: I do not accept refunds or returns unless a product has a defect that is beyond a reasonable margin of error. This will be screened on a case-by-case basis. Please read and understand the terms of the fine print, as well as review each photo carefully before making your purchase.

If a refund is requested before shipment has started, I will honor the refund; however, I will not be refunding incurred payment fees.

About VATs: I am not responsible for paying VAT to your destination country.
